In a fast-paced world with constantly evolving technology, leaders need organizational transformation to continuously improve and make informed decisions.
Dr. Madeleine F. Wallace guides us through her framework for planning and executing an organizational transformation using the experience of Mora, a fictional (yet based in reality) entrepreneur. Mora discovers the barriers keeping her business from growing and applies the SEAM 4-Step framework:
SNAPSHOT
ENVISION

Readers learn alongside Mora while receiving inspiration and instruction on applying the framework to their businesses.
