Includes Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. This issue does not show a rail line running between St. Petersburg and Moscow. This line appears on later states of this map. Also, the Explanation at the top left lists Canals, not Railroads as was substituted later. Aside from those changes, there are few, if any, differences from later states of this map. Map no. 55.
