About the Author

Tapas Kumar Sarangi obtained his Master and MPhil in Economics from Sambalpur University,India. At present he is working as Visiting Fellow at Centre for Economic and Social Studies, Hyderabad, India. His research interests include Rural Livelihoods, Natural Resource Management and Microfinance.
