Besides serving as an easy-to-use place to record your daily and weekly training, as well as your key speed workouts, long runs and races, it is a handy reference source. I refer to the charts for training paces, speed training and age-adjusted race prediction and scoring often. Lots of runners like using the sample 16-week marathon schedules since they are easy to flip to in the spiral-bound diary. This is my dream diary. It includes everything I've always wanted in a diary in my 30+ years of running.
