Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - Many founders delegate tasks while remaining the emergency answer to everything important. That pattern creates exhaustion and hides weak systems. This book explains how to build operational independence through clear roles, repeatable decisions, measurable standards, and leaders who can resolve problems without rescue. It also addresses control anxiety, information flow, accountability, and the gradual transfer of authority. The aim is not absence, but a business capable of responsible action when the founder is not in the room.
