Paperback. Frankie Carmichael came to Black Cedar Lodge to write a ruinous expose. Uncovering the Hale family's corrupt legacy was supposed to win her career back. But she didn't count on Ridge Hale. At six-foot-three, with storm-gray eyes and a protective streak that borders on dangerous, Ridge recognizes her the moment she walks into his lobby. When a massive blizzard traps them on the mountain, Ridge takes her phone and offers her a deal. He'll give her the access she wants, but she has to face him at dinner every night. What begins as a battle of wills quickly descends into a scorching, all-consuming attraction. As Frankie interviews Ridge's fiercely loyal brothers and uncovers the tragic truth about their past, she realizes the story she came to write is a lie. But giving in to Ridge means surrendering her control, and Frankie has to decide. Is she willing to lose the story to win the man? This item is printed on demand.
