Size: 32mo 4 - 5 1/2". 98 pp. Binding firm, spine creased and faded. Occasional creasing to page corners. Ex-library, with usual stamps and markings (Liberal Catholic Church). Covers marked, creased and chipped. "Historic compilation of spiritual maxims. The compilation originally appeared in 1888 within the pages of Theosophical Siftings (Volume 1), a periodical printed by the Theosophical Publishing Society. The texts were curated from the private journals and letters of early students, as well as the fundamental guidelines laid down for the Esoteric Section of the Society by its co-founder, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky. Rather than focusing on dense metaphysical theories, these rules were designed as a straightforward, practical guide to help esoteric students align their physical habits, thoughts, and words with higher spiritual realities."
