The book, a remarkable historical document, provides a detailed look at the day-to-day lives of these individuals, outlining their daily routines, spiritual practices, and codes of conduct. The author, likely a religious leader or scholar of the time, carefully delineates the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, emphasizing the importance of humility, self-denial, and unwavering adherence to the rules. The text also addresses specific aspects of their lives, including their dress, food, interaction with others, and the proper way to care for the sick and the dead. The book is a powerful testament to the enduring legacy of Saint Francis and offers valuable insights into the religious life of a bygone era. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
