The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions in colour and black and white. Original publisher's blue leatherette boards - silver embossed to the spine. A biro gift inscription to the head of the front endpaper. A bump to the head of the rear board with associated light crease to the wrapper and a light bump to the upper rear board corner.
