Omar Khayyám (18 May 1048 - 4 December 1131) was a Persian mathematician, astronomer, philosopher, and poet. [Rendered into English Verse by Edward FitzGerald (31 March 1809 - 14 June 1883)]. Illustrated by Willy Pogany (August 24, 1882 - July 30, 1955) prolific Hungarian illustrator of children's and other books.

Rubáiyát over 94 pages carrying the 75 quatrains of Edward FitzGerald's version enriched with 8 full-page colour plates in to framed mounts, pages in dark brown text with line drawing decorations at head and heal of text.
