It's the Role She Never Saw Coming...
Alyx Dagmar's life isn't exactly a fairytale. Living in her car and waiting tables to get by, she never imagined a handsome stranger would walk into her life with an unbelievable tale of royal blood-and an even more unbelievable proposal. She's sure he's got the wrong woman.
Daniel Voldakov, a self-made billionaire, is looking to expand his software empire into Europe, but he needs the right connections to make it happen. A high-society fiancée would be his golden ticket-and he's convinced Alyx, with her royal roots, is just the woman he needs.
Against her better judgment, Alyx agrees to play the part. But as their "storybook romance" captures the media's attention, she finds herself unexpectedly drawn to Daniel. Is his affection real, or just another piece of the plan? Daniel will do whatever it takes to show her that the only happy ending he wants is the one with her... the real Alyx.
