The First Book That Reveals the Post-OBBBA Trap — And How to Convert Your IRA in Your Gap Years Before RMDs Force You Into Higher Brackets and Trigger $15,000/Year IRMAA Penalties
Have you been told by your advisor that "now you have time" since OBBBA made tax brackets permanent — without anyone explaining what you're actually waiting for?
Been assured the 2027 deadline is gone so you can "relax and plan carefully" — while your gap years (ages 60-73) disappear silently, year after year?
Or heard you should "wait and see how things develop" — while your IRA balance grows and your conversion window shrinks?
Most retirees think OBBBA (the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025) solved their Roth conversion problem.
Permanent tax brackets. Legislative stability. Time to decide.
And then they arrive at age 73 unprepared — only to discover that Required Minimum Distributions force them into higher brackets, trigger IRMAA Medicare surcharges, and set them up for the widow penalty that doubles taxes when the first spouse dies.
Introducing The Roth Conversions Window, a post-OBBBA retirement planning guide that exposes the Permanent Bracket Paradox and teaches you the G.A.P.S. System, a four-step framework showing you exactly how to convert at 12-22% rates during your gap years, before age 73 RMDs push you into 24-32% brackets and cost you $50,000-$150,000+ over your lifetime.
Here's a fraction of what awaits you:
• Why OBBBA's "permanent brackets" created a hidden trap — and how the Permanent Bracket Paradox costs retirees $75,000+ in avoidable taxes
• What gap years are (ages 60-73) — the only window when income is low but control remains, and why you can't recreate this opportunity after 73
• Why your advisor said "wait and see" — the structural incentive problem where conversions reduce their revenue, and the $15K-$25K annual cost of that advice
• The $75,000 mistake — a 20-year comparison showing exactly where inaction costs compound between strategic converters vs. those who wait
• IRMAA cliffs explained — why $218,000 vs. $218,001 MAGI costs couples $1,148/year, and can reach $14,964/year at higher tiers
• How RMDs accidentally trigger IRMAA — the cascade creating $30,000+ in Medicare penalties over 10 years that gap years conversions prevent
• The Widow Penalty — how filing status change cuts brackets in half while RMDs stay same, doubling tax rates on surviving spouse
• The 5 conversion profiles — and how to identify which fits your situation
• The G.A.P.S. System — the 4-Phase framework that transforms complex conversion decisions into clear year-by-year actions, and why structure eliminates the paralysis that costs retirees thousands
• Your 24-month Action Plan — month-by-month breakdown from data gathering through execution, review, and continuation decisions
• And much more!

Store description
Sharing is the best surprise When we share our excess with others we¿re often surprised by what we feel, what changes in us, and who we get to know in the process. Sharehouse Goods exists to create that experience for as many people as possible. Sharehouse Goods receives excess stuff from individuals or organizations (our sharers), and then we liquidate that stuff, creating jobs for people in Milwaukee. The process is simple: we receive what people are willing to share, and then we sell it online or at our storefront, creating revenue for the sharers (to keep or to donate), and jobs for people who are struggling to find employment. There¿s a lot of sharing going on, and even more surprises, at Sharehouse Goods.…
