Rooted in Resilience is a guided journal using reflective prompts and exercises to help you build resilience, recognize your inner strength, and navigate life’s challenges with greater self-trust.
In times of difficulty or change, resilience has sustained you, empowered you, and gotten you through. And resilience is a quality you can continue to grow—a set of skills you can learn to strengthen so that whenever you need them, they’re here and ready to support you.
This guided journal is an invitation to recognize your own incredible capacity. Inside you’ll find quotes and exercises to help you see yourself as your best ally, build a support system, reflect on your history, and find acceptance for life’s ebbs and flows. Each page of this self-care journal is a chance to honour your life as a story of growth and evolution, perseverance and triumph, challenge and overcoming.
Use the prompts to deepen your understanding of who you are:
- What are the actions, rituals, movements, and thoughts that return you to your centre?
- In what ways are you stronger than you tend to recognize or give yourself credit for?
- What is a situation, whether past or present, that you want to accept more fully? What’s something you feel yourself becoming strong enough to face?
Strong and supportive, this introspective journal will help you prioritise your wellness and recognise your own wellspring of resilience. The journal features a flexibound cover and ribbon marker.
Give this journal to a loved one as a supportive gift during a challenging season or use it yourself to enhance your own self-care routine.
