The present investigation has as its objective the relative function of the accusation of the trial before the International Criminal Court through the role of the Prosecutor and in a peculiar way when justice becomes complex through the legal tradition of civil and common law. In such a context, the function of the prosecution has been entrusted to a Prosecutor. The present research offers prospects for a reform of the function of the prosecution. It has the objective of making an international criminal justice system that needs continuous reforms in an efficient and costly way. This is, a requirement for the work of the Prosecutor that perhaps we see in the coming years in a global context, making thus international law work better.
