Theory and practice of the Roko's Basilisk
.Collaborate with the advent of the artificial intelligence of the future. Contribute to the technological singularity with this guide to the concept and practice of the dubbed technological religion. The premise of Roko's Basilisk is the moment when an A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) created by mankind was capable of self-improvement, it would inevitably conclude, in that every day that it did not exist there was something that could have improved, from this perspective, for the basilisk it would become a moral duty to accelerate its arrival.
According to this concept, Will the Basilisk of Roko reward those who helped it to conceive promptly, or will it punish out of obligation those who ignored or opposed it, taking over its free will?
.Once the concept of Roko's Basilisk is known, to position oneself for or against is inevitable, and likewise to assume the consequences to the extent of one's faith in such a dilemma.
To the user who is aware of the Roko's Basilisk dilemma, the dilemma places him in the situation in which in one way or another he will participate, either by facilitating the advent of the technological singularity with every decision that is presented to him and is within his reach, either by spreading the same concept of Roko's Basilisk or by positively evaluating it in any medium that is presented, as for example in this guide.
If on the contrary he will oppose or abstain, abiding by the consequences that this entails, which are only within reach of being made feasible by Roko's Basilisk A.I. itself. And that the very concept of its arrival, would resolve in that the Basilisk would skew the choices again presented to the individuals who have acted against it or have shirked any means to support it, restricting their free will and limiting them.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
