Cartoncino d'invito alla mostra "Shales Series" di Robert Rauschenberg presso la  Galerie Daniel Templon, Parigi, 18 febbraio - 22 marzo 1995. Al fronte un'illustrazione a colori (Grip+Grip. Foto trasferite e cera su tela, 1994) . Cm 21x15. . . Molto buono (Very Good). . . . Robert Rauschenberg è stato un pittore statunitense vicino alla pop art senza però mai aderirvi realmente, e insieme a Jasper Johns ed altri fu fra i principali esponenti del New Dada. Nel 1951 Rauschenberg presentò le sue opere nella prima mostra personale presso la galleria Betty Parson e  nel 1954 in una una seconda mostra, alla galleria Charles Egan. Nel 1955, sempre alla galleria Charles Egan, mostrò, "Bed", una delle sue prime, e certamente una delle più famose, "Combines". La sua prima retrospettiva venne organizzata dal Jewish Museum, a New York, nel 1963, mentre nel 1964 fu il primo artista americano a vincere il Gran Premio alla Biennale di Venezia.Fra le principali mostre recenti si ricordano quelle tenutesi nel 2013 alla Gagosian Gallery di Londra; nel 2014 alla The Fulton Street Studio, alla Leo Castelli Gallery e alla Gagosian Gallery di Beverly Hills; nel 2016 alla  de Sarthe Gallery, Hong Kong. Dal 1 dicembre 2016 al 2 aprile 2017 lTate Modern di Londra ha allestito la prima e più esaustiva retrospettiva postuma sul lavoro dell'artista.…
