Neuware - The Road Without a Map is a powerful memoir by Dr. Mamun Bin Ibne Reaz, a journey from the modest beginnings of a self-taught student in Pabna to the halls of global academia. Through heartfelt reflections, the book unveils a philosophy of teaching that centers people over subjects, clarity over complexity, and mentoring over instruction. Dr. Mamun shares his lived experiences in building institutions, mentoring students, leading pioneering research, and shaping a generation of engineers across continents. With chapters spanning classroom lessons, research challenges, institutional leadership, and global impact, this is more than a professional autobiography, it's a guidebook for educators, researchers, and leaders striving to leave a meaningful legacy. Whether you're a student beginning your academic climb or a mentor helping others ascend, this memoir offers inspiration, insight, and a reminder: education is not about filling minds, but lighting paths.
