About the Author
Andrea Hall has a story and testimony to transform your spirit. Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, (so, yes, "ROLL TIDE!!"), she was recognized as the 2014-15 Harker Heights High School "Teacher of the Year," as well as the 2015 Killeen Independent School District's "Secondary 'Teacher of the Year' Finalist." With over 12 years of experience in education, Andrea has been afforded the opportunity to teach in places, near and far. She has taught traditionally, in Alabama, Florida, Texas, and South Korea, and non-traditionally in Kansas, Washington, and Washington D.C. Ms. Hall earned her Bachelor's in Secondary Education-English Language Arts, from Alabama A&M University, her Master's in Education Leadership-Administration and Supervision, from Tampa, Florida's, National-Louis University, and finally her Principal's Certification from Lamar University - Go Cardinals! A powerhouse of energy and genuine enthusiasm towards all that she does, Andrea brings an array of first-hand experience in diversity, education quality and improvement, as well as combating student apathy by building rapport, both, in and out of the classroom. She became a part of MK Results, LLC. because it symbolizes who she is to the very core - a woman who does not just talk about results, but one who has been committed to making results happen each and every day. She is just as committed to seeing that same impact resonates in all of our audiences, one workshop at a time! Andrea is a busy mother of three - Mariah, TJ, and Ashton. In addition, she is a music artist and was featured on the 2019 Summer hit single, "Lil' Mad Big Mad," with another popular Birmingham artist. MK Results, LLC. formed from a collective team of like-minded educators with a vision to change the narrative, empower others, and be examples of embracing diversity. Our platform was founded to facilitate a conversation on equity and to share a powerful message on the impact of unity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency.
