This book has a slight lean, is mildly soiled, free of edge dings but with all four corners bumped; the head and heel of the spine are bumped with slight fabric fraying at the heel; the bottom edges have a modest amount of wear. The spine is moderately soiled and the fore edge of the rear board has mild fabric wear. There is a pencil-eraser sized white stain on the top edge of the text block. The front board is cracked, and somewhat weakened, from near the top of the spine down into "Colorado". Except for a spidery inked inscription on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks and page damage of any type; there are some small stains in this book, mostly in the margins, but none of them obscure the text. The hinges are strong and not damaged in any way. The paper is slightly toned and is still very flexible and not at all brittle. The frontis is intact. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-7-23-4
