The cover paves the way for the first Zale and Graziano title bout. However, the big news of this issue was the article on the return match between heavyweight champ Joe Louis and Billy Conn. A few years earlier Conn outboxed Louis, and was on his way to winning the fight until he got careless and was knocked out in the 13th round. He would do no better in the return engagement, and was counted out in round eight. This issue has some good coverage of middleweight and welterweight fights. Seller Inventory # 104096
