The term right to die defines one's right to commit suicide, assisted suicide or undergo euthanasia to end the suffering caused by a grave disease. Advocates of the right to die claim that this right lets gravelly ill patients die with dignity, however, other ethical issues such as the concept of self-ownership, the value of life and the individual's right to decide how and when to end the life are central to the debate. Learn more about the controversial concept, the legislation regarding one's right to end his or her life as well as religious views on suicide, assisted suicide and euthanasia in this book. Englisch.
