Martin Cooke was just another corporate cog spinning in the wheel until he walked into the wrong hotel room in St. Petersburg, Russia. Now, he’s a marked man, running for his life through Europe’s frozen cities with assassins’ bullets flying past his head and his own company trying to bury him alongside their secrets.
Framed for the murder of a friend and embezzlement and thrown into Russia’s most brutal prison, Cooke stuns everyone, including himself, when he escapes. Now, the police want him dead or alive, professional killers are hunting him across international borders, and a mysterious someone who’s pulling all the strings will stop at nothing to silence him. The result is a trail of bodies from Helsinki to Geneva.
With no resources and no allies, he’s uncertain who he can trust – and that includes the seductive woman who shares his bed. To survive, Cooke must piece together a deadly puzzle of corporate fraud and international conspiracy. Every clue he uncovers paints an even bigger target on his back, and every person who tries to help ends up dead.
As the winter streets run red with blood and the noose tightens around his neck, Cooke realizes he’s stumbled into something far more sinister than mere embezzlement. He’s not just fighting to clear his name - he’s fighting to stay alive long enough to expose the truth.
A relentless, white-knuckle thriller that never lets up, Everybody Dies hurls readers across Europe and into a deadly game of cat and mouse where the stakes are measured in body bags, and the slightest mistake could mean certain death.
Perfect for fans of John le Carré, Daniel Silva, or Robert Ludlum, Everybody Dies combines breathless action with sophisticated corporate intrigue. G.Y. Riggs masterfully weaves together high-stakes finance, international crime, and heart-pounding suspense in this taut thriller about an ordinary man thrust into extraordinary circumstances.
