About the Author: Jahid Siraz Chowdhury, PhD is Senior Lecturer at the Master of Social Work Program in the Lincoln University, Malaysia and received PhD from Universiti Malayam He believes that Research is Reciprocal; what my community back from the research is! Kumarashwaran Vadevelu is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Administration & Justice at the University of Malaya. He holds a PhD from the University of Malaya and specializes in social work, marginalized populations, LGBT, HIV/AIDS, social justice, and human rights. He is an active advocate for social justice and has conducted extensive research on the experiences of marginalized groups in Malaysia. His work has been published in leading academic journals and he has presented his research at international conferences. Dr. Vadevelu is also a Project Leader for several research projects on social work and marginalized populations. He is a passionate researcher and educator who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of marginalized groups in Malaysia.

Zulkarnain A. Hatta, PhD (DSW, USA). is a Professor and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Lincoln University College. He holds a PhD in Social Work from Walden University, USA, and has extensive experience in teaching, research, and social work practice. His areas of expertise include social policy, social work education, and community development. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Social Work and Community Development Mahfuz Ashraf is a highly accomplished academic and leader in the fields of Business, Information Systems, and Information Technology. With over 20 years of experience in academia, he has established himself as a respected scholar and influencer in the educational sector.
