Do people follow their dreams or do people follow jobs? How essential is a higher-education degree today? Is it more important to focus on people’s talent and skills or just to see their CV? Let's face it. No one else is going to pursue your dreams for you. You’re the one that should win the talent war and learn how to manage your long-term goals. Human capital analytics, also known as human resources analytics or talent analytics helps bridge the gap between those who emphasize education’s mission and those who emphasize broader social and personal benefits.
Are skills a better predictor of success than degrees? The need for human skills such as critical thinking and creativity is so important. Change your life once and for all and start living your dream. This human resource is a perfect guidebook for collecting, organizing, and analyzing the data surrounding human capital so you can get the most of your potential.
In the 21st century, we should finally start looking beyond official qualifications and focus more on what skills talent could bring to the organization and society. Imagine a universe based on a commonly agreed world library of the smallest, granular learning blocks of competencies that can be learned in bursts, and that enables everyone to choose his or her individual path at any time and in any situation, without undergoing discrimination such as race, gender, age, skin color or wealth.
In This Book You’ll Find and Learn:
- Tips and advice on how to achieve successful accreditation
- How human talent is a key to a long-term success
- Maximize the overall quality of human capital in the business setting
- How to pursue your own dreams and become whatever you want to become
If you want to change who you are and finally accomplish your goal setting now is the time. DREAM BIG AND ORDER NOW! It will be your best investment this year!
