Conflict is not the enemy. Silence is.
Too many people are fighting silent battles—hiding behind smiles, humor, and busyness while their homes, churches, teams, and hearts quietly fracture. We’ve learned to manage conflict, not heal it. We tolerate dysfunction, hoping it goes away on its own, but silence only lets unresolved issues fester into a cancer that can destroy marriages, ministries, and organizations.
In RESOLVE IT, Reverend Dr. David Rivera Jr. exposes one of the greatest lies of our generation—that ignoring problems is the same as resolving them. It’s not. Unresolved conflicts sow distrust and discord, weakening every foundation they touch.
We’ve Mistaken Managing Conflicts for Healing it.
Through transparent stories, biblical wisdom, and practical business leadership principles, Dr. Rivera reveals how to confront, communicate, and reconcile with grace and truth.
“For years, I believed managing conflict meant keeping the peace. But as the conflicts matured, I learned the truth: What you tolerate will eventually dominate.” —Reverend Dr. David Rivera Jr.
Learn to distinguish between disagreement and dysfunction before they turn into emotional, spiritual, relational, and financial destruction. De-escalate situations through his proven R.E.S.O.L.V.E. method and lead with wisdom, maturity, and empathy.
Disagreement isn’t always a bad thing, especially when it involves two passionate people trying to achieve the same goal, just with different methods. Discover how to engage without using emotionally charged language and lead your team to new heights.
If anyone can still get triggered, they still need healing.
Be prepared to take a good look at yourself and those in your care. Help them RESOLVE their issues. They deserve for you to be the leader God created you to be.
