Paperback. You followed the instructions. You felt it. Journaled it. Analyzed it. Tried to heal it.So why do you feel more exhausted, more vigilant, and less at home in yourself? The Resolutionary(TM) Guide to Coming Home explores what can happen when healing quietly becomes another form of pressure-when self-awareness becomes self-surveillance, reflection becomes rumination, and "doing the work" leaves the nervous system feeling even less safe.Across eleven intimate chapters, A.L. offers a compassionate new way to understand emotional flooding, looping thoughts, persistent grief, difficulty relaxing, and the painful feeling that all your insight should have helped by now. These experiences may not mean that you are failing, resisting, or regressing. They may mean that your body needs steadiness before it can integrate what your mind already understands. This is not another program to master or another version of yourself to become. It is an invitation to stop treating your humanity as a problem to solve.Written for sensitive, self-aware, and deeply conscientious people who have tried hard to heal, Coming Home offers a quieter possibility: You may not need to go deeper. You may need to feel safer. What if insight alone can't create safety? This compassionate, pocket-sized guide offers a gentler way home: less pressure, more steadiness, and space to soften. Just 4 x 6 inches and 84 pages, with a 30-60 minute reading time and less to do. This item is printed on demand. You followed the instructions.
You felt it. Journaled it. Analyzed it. Tried to heal it.
So why do you feel more exhausted, more vigilant, and less at home in yourself?
The Resolutionary™ Guide to Coming Home explores what can happen when healing quietly becomes another form of pressure-when self-awareness becomes self-surveillance, reflection becomes rumination, and "doing the work" leaves the nervous system feeling even less safe.
Across eleven intimate chapters, A.L. offers a compassionate new way to understand emotional flooding, looping thoughts, persistent grief, difficulty relaxing, and the painful feeling that all your insight should have helped by now. These experiences may not mean that you are failing, resisting, or regressing. They may mean that your body needs steadiness before it can integrate what your mind already understands.
This is not another program to master or another version of yourself to become. It is an invitation to stop treating your humanity as a problem to solve.
Written for sensitive, self-aware, and deeply conscientious people who have tried hard to heal, Coming Home offers a quieter possibility:
You may not need to go deeper.
You may need to feel safer.
