Neuware - There's a big fat elephant in the room. Elephants are those issues that get bigger and heavier when they are ignored. These elephants are costing you time, money, and skilled talent. And sometimes you're not even aware they are there. This includes those elephants that challenge the leader's mindset of, 'this is the way we have always done it here.'Because at the end of the day, it's not a series of skills that will help you to solve these problems. It's your ability to react to what is happening. The Resilient Leader is about getting to the root of the problem: your capacity as a leader.
