Black cloth hardcover with gold print wearing off front cover, a little scuffing to cloth, corners bumped, pp. 13 to 16 at rear detached. 1916 articles on such subjects as: what rural communities can do toward conserving public health, women's responsibility during and after the war, women's assets as a worker when looking for paid employment, etc. Address of Welcome at Western Ontario Convention held in London in 1916 given by Harriet Ann Boomer. 1917 includes some literary crticism of Rupert Brooke's war sonnets by Dr. Helen McMurchy, articles on war service by women, what Women's Institutes can do to help in the public schools, etc. Part II of each year includes lists of meetings and speakers.
