Cresson, with list of Formicidae by Edward Norton (2 color plates); Chap. 8: Diurnal Lepidoptera (butterflies) by Theodore L. Mead, with list of all species collected by W.H. Edwards (5 color plates, one a brilliant life-size illustration of 4 specimens of Speyeria nokomis ); Chap. 9: Zygaenidae and Bombycidae, by Richard H. Stretch (1 color plate); Chap. 10: Diptera, by C.R. Osten-Sacken; Chap. 11: Coleoptera, by Henry Ulke (1 plate); Chap. 12: Hemiptera, by P.R. Uhler (1 plate); Chap. 13: Orthoptera, by Cyrus Thomas (3 color plates); Chap. 14: Neuroptera & Pseudo-Neuroptera, by H.A. Hagen. Very Good condition; corners lightly bumped, acid burn to adjacent pages from wrappers, trivial marginal stains on some plates, some color plate transfer to facing pages, otherwise clean and bright. Binding cracked in middle but holding well.…
