nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - As I Remember Them is a memoir written by Charles Carroll Goodwin and published in 1913. The book is a collection of personal recollections and anecdotes from Goodwin's life, including his experiences as a lawyer, politician, and journalist. Goodwin was a prominent figure in New York City during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and his memoir provides a fascinating glimpse into the social and political landscape of the time. The book is divided into chapters, each of which focuses on a different aspect of Goodwin's life, such as his childhood, his early career, and his time as a member of the New York State Assembly. Throughout the book, Goodwin offers insights into the personalities and events that shaped his life, including his interactions with famous figures such as Mark Twain and Teddy Roosevelt. As I Remember Them is a vivid and engaging portrait of a bygone era, and a must-read for anyone interested in the history of New York City or the United States in the early 20th century. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
