You already know the pattern.
You pull back just before things get good. You blame. You escape. You tell yourself you'll try again tomorrow — and tomorrow looks exactly like today.
The problem isn't motivation. It isn't willpower. And it isn't your past, exactly.
It's a cycle of self-defeating behavior so deeply wired into how you think, feel, and act that you can't see it from the inside. Until you name it, confront it, and dismantle it — you'll keep reliving the same story on a different day.
Relaunch Your Life is the emotional recovery guide for people who are done asking "Am I good enough?" — and ready to answer with action.
From international bestselling author Scott Allan — published in 16 languages worldwide — this is a no-excuses roadmap to identifying the negative patterns keeping you trapped, rebuilding your self-image from the inside out, and reclaiming the personal power you've been giving away for years.
Inside, you'll discover:
- The 6 Roadblocks that lock you in a cycle of self-defeat — and how to identify which ones are quietly running your life right now
- How to end the blame game and stop letting resentment from your past poison your present and future
- The Failure Mindset exposed — why capable people feel like frauds, and the step-by-step process to dismantle it for good
- The Rejection Mindset — why fear of rejection shapes your decisions more than you realize, and exactly how to strip it of its power
- The Social Inferiority trap — how to stop comparing yourself to everyone around you and step into a confident, self-defined identity
- The Self-Love Model — a practical framework for rebuilding your self-image and breaking the negative cycle at its root
- The Nine-Step Formula for Relaunching Your Life — from confronting your current reality to constructing a master vision for everything you want next
This isn't toxic positivity or quick-fix affirmations. This is the deep work — identifying your self-destructive patterns, understanding where they came from, and replacing them with new behaviors, beliefs, and emotional habits that hold.
The days of living in defeat are over. It's time to relaunch.
