nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - From the co-author of Real Dream Teams, this bold and refreshing new book explodes with a new perspective on leadership and the practices that inspire peak performance. Now available in paperback and a great Christmas gift for anyone you care about, this book is the perfect gift for this historic moment when everyone is called to find their voice and lead.Thomas argues that current leadership practices are broken and getting 'back to normal' leadership is not an option after 2020. In a compelling and convincing manner, we learn that traditional bureaucratic management models are inadequate and uninspiring, and toxic leaders are dangerous, attempting to normalize unethical, destructive, mean-spirited, and dehumanizing behaviors. Leadership is in crisis and poses a threat to organizations, communities, and the country. The magnitude of the threat, however, provides the greatest leadership opportunity of our lifetime, an opportunity for anyone and everyone to step up and be a leader, an inspirer, a difference-maker, a hope-giver, and help create a 'Better Normal'. Bethel, well-known as Bo, has been a student and teacher of what inspires peak individual and team performance for over 4 decades. His intense study and research findings have been implemented as a university professor, practicing psychologist, coach, organizational consultant, author, and transformative leader. He has examined the leadership elephant from head to tail and is perfectly positioned to write about leadership after 2020 when four unprecedented forces emerged at the same time to forever change leadership and what leaders do. We now know that all people can lead, that the best thinking and acting of all people is urgent for innovative and creative solutions, and we know the 7 exceptional leadership practices that create cultures of inspiration. Inspiring leaders and inspired people consistently outperform those who work in traditional bureaucratic organizations. Reinventing Leadership is the book for anyone who wants to make a bigger difference with their life, attain personal or organizational dreams, and help make the people and the environment around them better. If you are genuinely interested in leadership, read this book now.…
