Cours 1 : Reiki minimax
Le reiki était au départ une tradition minimaliste, mais avec le temps, les choses ont beaucoup changé. Pendant plusieurs années, j’ai demandé aux inscrits de ma lettre d’information quels étaient leurs plus gros problèmes avec le reiki. J’ai compilé 300 réponses et je les ai utilisées pour réaliser ce cours.
Par exemple, de plus en plus de personnes viennent vers moi pour me dire qu’elles sont perdues. Selon ces personnes, il y a trop de confusion dans le reiki, trop de traditions, trop de pratiques gadgets, trop d’informations contradictoires, trop d’incohérences. C’est cet état des lieux qui m’a motivé à écrire un cours de reiki simple, qui va à l’essentiel.
Bien que ce cours s’inspire du reiki classique, il s’en éloigne également pour plus de liberté et plus de cohérence. Certaines de ses pratiques sont inspirées du quantum touch. Mais ce n’est pas un simple «copier-coller» de plusieurs traditions. De nombreuses méthodes sont issues de ma propre expérience et vous ne les trouverez pas ailleurs.
Ce cours est organisé en 7 leçons. Il a beau être simple et minimaliste, cela n’enlève rien à sa profondeur. J’ai souhaité y inclure toutes mes meilleures pratiques. C’est pour cela que j’ai choisi le nom «minimax».
Cours 2 : Les six facettes de la spiritualité
Ce cours ne décrit pas un système spirituel formel. Il s’agit en fait d’un méta système qui va vous permettre d’envisager sous un autre angle n’importe quel système spirituel existant. La plupart des systèmes spirituels sont bancals ou incomplets. Ils ont tendance à prendre la question de la spiritualité à l’envers. Ils s’attardent sur le superficiel et oublient souvent l’essentiel. Ce problème existe depuis des millénaires. Au départ, du fait de la culture antique, les humains avaient du mal à appréhender les abstractions. Mais ce n’est plus le cas aujourd’hui. À l’ère d’internet, l’abstraction fait partie de notre quotidien. Mais par habitude, la plupart des systèmes spirituels restent une compilation de croyances superficielles considérées comme profondes, et la vraie profondeur de la spiritualité passe à la trappe.
Au-delà de cela, le principal problème de la spiritualité actuelle est que tout le monde cherche la bonne méthode pour décoller, mais personne ne s’intéresse à l’atterrissage. La vie est faite de hauts et de bas. Ce n’est pas parce que nous sommes dans les airs aujourd’hui que nous ne retomberons pas demain. De ce fait, tout le monde finit tôt ou tard par se crasher. Ne plus voir la spiritualité comme un chemin linaire, mais prendre en compte l’atterrissage autant que le décollage est l’une des idées essentielles de ce cours.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Revaluation Books, Hounslow, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
