- Book 1 of 2: Reiki Explorer
Most Reiki books tell you what Reiki is. This one helps you figure out what it can do for you.
Reiki Explorer 1&2 is the complete class manual for Reiki 1 and Reiki 2, developed through more than two decades of teaching and thousands of students trained. It covers everything in a traditional Reiki course — history, hand positions, empowerments, symbols, distance healing — and adds a full library of Reiki Explorer Techniques: practical, fast-working methods for releasing physical and emotional stress that go well beyond what most Reiki manuals include.
What makes this different:
- Techniques that work in 15 seconds to 5 minutes, for real-world situations with family, friends, and colleagues
- Honest discussion of what Reiki does and doesn't do, written for skeptics and believers alike
- Suitable for beginners with no prior experience, and deep enough for advanced practitioners to find new ideas
- Used by Reiki teachers as both a primary class manual and a reference their students keep for years
Whether you are learning Reiki for the first time, teaching it to others, or looking for a manual that takes the practice seriously — this is that book.
Jessica Miller is the founder of ReikiMastery.com and has trained Reiki practitioners and teachers internationally. She has conducted original field research at Kurama Mountain in Japan, where Reiki was born. She lives on the Central Coast of California.
