Also includes bibliography, selected scripture, name, and subject index. xliii, 564 pp. Dust jacket is in brown, tan and navy blue. CONDITION: Book is near fine with a minor dent in at the head of the front board, and 3 lines are highlighted on page 40. Dust jacket is VG+ with light wear and minor wrinkling at the extremities.
