Paperback. Victor Lambert is losing time. He's waking up in strange places covered in someone else's blood. The symbols he's unconsciously carving suggest he's going insane, yet others are drawing them as well, people he's never met, all moving like sleepwalkers toward a purpose none of them understand. An ancient codex hidden for centuries. A chain of mysterious intercontinental deaths. A detective convinced Victor is running a drug ring, when the truth is far worse: something vast and patient is using human hands, and it will ruin anyone who interferes. As Victor races to decode the manuscript's protective Signs before the next blackout takes him, he discovers that some knowledge carries a price . . . and whoever or whatever is hunting him has been waiting for a very long time. The eyes are watching. And now they've found him. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.
