Feeling overwhelmed? Struggling to make sense of it all?
You are about to find out WHY, and when you know WHY you can move forward with HOW.
This eye-opening, step-by-step guide will explain WHY you feel this way, and show you HOW to find the calm in the storm.
Today's buzzword is stress.
Forget the perception of stress as the enemy.
Welcome to the world of nature's blessing!
The way society perceives stress is the leading cause of the issues many people deal with daily; this can debilitate emotionally, physically, and mentally.
The most common way individuals deal with stress is to use stress management techniques and, although beneficial, they usually provide only temporary relief.
There is a way to make the relief permanent.
Redress Stress
This simple step-by-step guide to a life of ease and fun reveals:
- Why the body has a stress response, plus what a blessing it is.
- The effect that stress can have on health and well-being.
- Why people have different stressors and how they affect their life.
- The power available to everyone to take control of their life by understanding how thoughts and beliefs form.
- Inborn power tools and how to access them
- A process to transform lives.
This book has four parts
In part one, the author explains in simple terms why the body has a stress response plus what a blessing it is; the effect that stress can have on health and well-being; and why people have different stressors along with how they affect their life.
In part two, she reveals the power available to everyone to take control of their life by understanding how people form thoughts and beliefs.
Part three introduces the Hi-Story, brings the pieces of the puzzle together and leads into the process.
Part four tells the reader how to find stress management techniques that work for them, what their power tools are and how to access them, and then takes them through the process step by step to Redress Stress and transform their life!
