Jay Kumar Pandey is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Barabanki (U.P.) India. Dr. Pandey has completed his Ph.D. and has done his M.Tech. with specialization in Power Control (Instrumentation) and also done his MBA from Finance and Marketing. His subjects of interest are related to Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical & Healthcare, Image Processing, Machine Learning and Renewable energy. He has 15 years of teaching and research experience has published more than 30 research papers in National and International journals /conferences & Book Chapters in CRC, NOVA, Taylor & Francis, Springer and IGI Publisher. Faizan Ahmad is an esteemed Senior Lecturer at the University of East London. His research is driven by a passion for creating the next generation of Human-Centered AI (HCAI) systems and intelligent immersive learning technologies. His work lies at the intersection of AI, education, and human experience, where he designs personalized learning solutions that adapt intelligently to learners’ needs. He has made significant contributions to developing and applying these systems in high-engagement immersive environments such as interactive Virtual Reality (VR) classrooms, Augmented Reality (AR) frameworks, and gamified learning platforms. With 10 years of overseas academic experience, his prolific research efforts have resulted in 45 research articles, with 22 published in prestigious Q1 journals. He also holds key leadership roles, including serving on the editorial boards of high-impact journals like Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio) and Humanities & Social Sciences Communications (Springer Nature). Furthermore, he is co-editing forthcoming volumes with major publishers, including Elsevier, Springer, and Cambridge University Press.
Jawad Rasheed received a B.S. degree in telecommunication engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Pakistan. He then moved to Turkey, earning an M.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering and a Ph.D. in computer engineering. He was a gold medalist and was awarded the Academic Excellence Award for securing straight A’s in O’ Level exams held by Cambridge University. Later, he also received a prestigious Doctorate and Research Scholarship for his Ph.D. studies (for three years). Dr. Rasheed is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Turkey. He is the author/co-author of over 60 articles published in well-reputed journals and highly-ranked conferences. He serves as editor of several reputed journals including PLoS ONE, International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, PLoS Digital Health, and Current Medical Imaging. He was guest/lead guest/topic editor for special issues at the Symmetry, Mathematics, Healthcare, Applied Sciences, Electronics, and Journal of Sensor and Actuator Networks. Recently, he served as a book editor for Springer Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies (Forthcoming Networks and Sustainability in the IoT Era) and Lecture Notes on Network Systems (Forthcoming Networks and Sustainability in the IoT Era). Maqbool Khan is an Associate Professor at the American University of Bahrain (AUBH). Previously, he served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH), Austria, and as an Associate Professor at Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST), Pakistan. Dr. Khan received fully funded scholarships for his MS studies at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) and PhD studies at Nanjing University in 2011 and 2013, respectively, funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), China. He has multidisciplinary expertise and professional experience in Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Predictive Maintenance, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. With more than 15 years of experience in both academia and industry, he has worked with multinational companies including Siemens and Atos. He is also a certified Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect. Dr. Khan is an active researcher involved in several funded research projects with international collaborators and has contributed to research in AI-driven systems, cloud technologies, and data-intensive apps.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to CitiRetail, Stevenage, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
