Want to pass the FAA Part 107 exam on your first try?
The test for your commercial drone license can feel overwhelming. It is filled with complex aeronautical concepts, dense FAA regulations, and confusing weather charts that leave many test takers unsure where to focus.
The Red Raven Part 107 Guidebook was created to solve that problem.
This is not a long or overly technical textbook. It is a clear, concise, and practical study guide designed to help you learn exactly what the FAA tests and nothing more. Every chapter teaches you what you need to know in a way that makes sense, even if you do not come from an aviation background.
Written by experienced drone operators and Part 107 instructors, this guide breaks down difficult topics into simple and understandable lessons.
Inside, you will learn:
-
Airspace and Sectional Charts
How to read aviation maps, identify airspace classes, interpret symbols, and understand chart features with the mindset of a professional pilot. -
Weather and Micrometeorology
How to interpret METAR and TAF reports, understand cloud formations, and predict how weather affects drone operations. -
FAA Rules and Regulations
A clear explanation of Part 107, including certification requirements, flight operations, waivers, documentation, and legal responsibilities. -
Drone Operations and Safety
Airport operations, crew resource management, emergency procedures, and real-world best practices used by commercial operators. -
Full-Length Practice Exam
A complete practice test with detailed explanations that reinforce your learning and help you measure your readiness.
