The Red Movement, Shadan Kapri’s exposé on injustice in the 21st century, is a guide to fighting human trafficking. It has not only topped bestsellers lists but has galvanized a global movement for ethical consumerism. The book urges readers around the world to use their wallets as weapons for justice by refusing to fund companies that exploit workers, rely on forced labor, or pollute the environment. Kapri’s message is clear: every purchase is a vote for justice or exploitation. Her movement is transforming spending habits and pressuring corporations to prioritize human rights and ensustainability. Millions are mobilizing, reshaping corporate behavior through worldwide consumer campaigns. The Red Movement is sparking transformation by pressuring industry titans and demanding radical transparency. Kapri’s global mission is to make conscious consumerism the norm around the world—and it’s happening like wildfire. Book reviews have come in from Italy, France, Spain, Australia, India, Japan, Germany, and the United States, praising the book’s impact and how it’s reshaping consumer choices by spreading a message for global change.
Book Reviews:
- "An eye-opening transformative read that will stay with you long after you've turned the last page." ~Amazon Review
- “Similar to the compelling voices of Barack Obama and Greta Thunberg, this book offers an intense yet pensive exploration of contemporary human rights issues. It is a resource-rich with shocking information and compelling stories that are both persuasive and motivational. Whether you are a business professional or a concerned citizen, this book is a comprehensive guide that is both clear and concise, leaving a lasting impact on your perspective and actions. For those who have been moved by works like The Legacy of Barack Obama or The Climate Book by Greta Thunberg, this book is a must-read.” ~David Khalili, LMFT
- “The Red Movement is a masterpiece that transcends the boundaries of conventional nonfiction literature. It's a wake-up call, a beacon of light in a world bedeviled by injustices, and a road map to make a change.”~Joseph Peter Nelson, Book Review, Online Book Club
- “Kapri’s narrative is nothing short of gripping. With each page turn, she peels back the layers of societal complacency, exposing the raw, painful reality of modern-day slavery and exploitation. Through vivid storytelling and meticulous research, Kapri paints a vivid picture of the human cost behind our everyday purchases, from the clothes on our backs to the gadgets in our hands.” ~Soni Kapil, Book Review, Online Book Club
- “The Red Movement written by Shadan Kapri is a powerful and empowering exploration of two global issues: modern-day slavery and environmental degradation…Kapri doesn’t just highlight the problems; the author empowers readers with tangible solutions and strategies for effecting change. From raising awareness and advocating for policy reforms to supporting ethical consumerism and promoting sustainable practices, the book offers a comprehensive roadmap for individuals, communities, and policymakers to become a part of the solution.” ~Sadia Nadeem, Book Review, Online Book Club
