"Sales/posting to the USA suspended". Card covers, xii/295pp, maps. Light wear to card edges; a very good copy, This is the last in a series of three monographs covering Japanese military operations in Manchuria from January 1943 to the end of WWII hostilities, prepared by former commanders and staff officers of the Japanese Kwantung Army. This monograph is actually a collection of other closely related ones, each being a separate (but by no means complete) study in itself. Since the original preparation of the original "combination" monograph in 1950 and its translation to English in 1951, new information became available and this has been incorporated into this edited version.
