This is one of the best books written on elocution. The original 1904 Edition by Ernest Pertwee is complete in this 1926 Edition, and is edited and revised by the author's son: Ernest Guy Pertwee, Examiner in Elocution for the Associated Board of Royal Academy of Music and Royal College of Music, and Examiner for Guildhall School of Music. Ernest Guy Pertwee has also added extra poems to this edition, including works by Francis Thompson, James Elroy Flecker, Rupert Brooke, John Drinkwater, Thomas Hardy, Vachel Lindsay & many more.
