Dr Phanden is associated with Amity University Noida India, Federation University Australia, CQUniversity Melbourne, and the Institute of Health & Management Melbourne. He has an extensive publication record that includes edited books, special issues, and over 110 research papers. His significant editorial contributions include roles as EiC, guest editor, associate editor, reviewer, and editorial board member for prestigious international journals. His commitment to mentoring stands out as a defining aspect of his career, having successfully guided numerous PhD, UG, and PG students, thereby shaping the future generation of scholars and industry professionals. Dr. Phanden’s teaching and research interests encompass Lean Six Sigma, Risk Management, Circular Economy, Sustainability, Business Analytics and the Application of various Industry 4.0 Tools and technologies.He has chaired many technical sessions in conferences and reviewed articles for many SCIS and Scopus-indexed international journals of repute.
Dr Ravinder Kumar is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Amity University, Noida, India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors. He did his master’s and Ph.D. from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi, India. He has more than 23 years of teaching experience in U.G., P.G. and Ph.D. He has been included in the Top 2% Most Influential Scientist of the World -2024 By Stanford University & Elsevier. He has published more than 80 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His areas of interest include sustainable supply chain management, industrial digitalization, industry 4.0, sustainable manufacturing, sustainability assessments and SCM issues in SMEs. He has published papers in journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Intelligent manufacturing, TQM Journal, Competitiveness Review, Global Journal of Flexible Systems and Management, IIMB Management Review, Benchmarking, International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing, International Journal of Business Information Systems, International Journal of Manufacturing Research, etc. He has chaired technical sessions in conferences and reviewed articles for many SCIs and Scopus indexed international journals of repute. Professor Jose Arturo Garza-Reyes is a distinguished academic specializing in operations management and supply chain improvement. He currently serves as the head of the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University of Derby, UK. With a background in mechanical administration engineering and extensive industrial experience, including roles as a Production Manager and Operations Manager, Professor Garza-Reyes brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his academic endeavors. His research interests encompass operations and production management, supply chain and logistics management, Lean and agile operations, sustainability, industry 4.0 technologies, and more. Professor Garza-Reyes has made significant contributions to academia, with numerous publications in esteemed journals and authoring several books. He is also actively involved in editorial roles for various journals and has guest-edited numerous special issues. Professor Garza-Reyes's dedication to academic excellence and his extensive contributions to the field make him a respected figure in Operations Management and Supply Chain Improvement. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
