About the Author: Paola Corinaldesi was born in Rome, Italy, and moved to Munich at age twenty-three, where she lived most of her life. She earned a bachelors degree in arts from the University La Sapienza in Rome and worked in the corporate world in change management, consulting, and coaching until dedicating more time to writing. Paola volunteered in an ashram childrens school in India, where she got transferred a powerful yoga and meditation method for inner transformation.
