Feeling stuck in how you see the world due to anxiety, stress, or fear? This is the guide for you.
Aaron Bethune is an entrepreneur and consultant who has worked with individuals, organizations, and companies, including Showtime, Spotify, MTV, The Recording Academy, and the FIS World Ski Championships. Writing from his experiences with life, anxiety, and panic attacks, he explains how our own and the world's perspectives affect us and our goals.
Each lesson in Reality and the Positive Power of Perspective comes with an action plan to help you become your best self. Take control back of your life: whether it be in the personal or business sphere.
Learn how to:
- stop anxiety, judgement, and other emotions from affecting you;
- understand others and yourself;
- learn how to improve yourself step by step;
- the different angles of perspective, and how much we can do about them;
and more.
How you feel right now and where you are in life is directly related to the perspective you have of your Personal Reality. Life isn't happening to you. You are creating it.
At any given moment, you can change your perspective and create a new reality.
If we circle an object and see it from different points of view, our position has changed. However, neither the object nor ourselves have changed. And if two people are standing side by side, one joyfully celebrating a birthday and the other having just lost a grandfather, the weather may be beautiful, but the perspective the two have of the day is likely very different. So it is our internal thoughts that determine how we perceive what we experience. If we can change our thoughts, we can change our perspectives and consequently our experiences.
Our thoughts shape our experience of life, and as creators in all that we do, we can create a different experience, a new reality, and we can do it immediately. This book shows you how.
Using the lens of the "Three Realities" (Personal Reality, Shared Reality, and Collective Reality), you will discover ways to change your life right now.
Reality and the Positive Power of Perspective will help you stop shaping your life around your anxiety and instead shape your life in the way you want it to be.
