This is a revised edition of the 2017 Amazon Best Seller Real Estate … on your terms, with bonus chapters added. A NEW APPROACH TO REAL ESTATE … ON your terms! Your career is in real estate, or maybe you’re looking to invest. That means you know the general consensus: The real estate market is unpredictable; therefore, your income has to be. You’re at the mercy of the economy and the bank. What if that’s not the truth? What if you had the tools, know-how, and been there-done-that experience from an industry veteran on how to hedge your cash from the market? What if real estate was on YOUR TERMS? Good news―all of this is achievable by creating a “money machine” rather than a per-deal operating system. And in Real Estate on your terms, Chris Prefontaine shares the following with you:* Hope from stories―“If he did, I can!”* How to buy two-plus homes monthly without using your own cash or credit* Strategies for structured continuous cash flow and wealth building.

About the Author
CHRIS PREFONTAINE is the three-time bestselling author of Real Estate on Your Terms, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing, and Moneeka Sawyer's Real Estate Investing for Women. He's also the founder and CEO of SmartRealEstateCoach.com and host of the Smart Real Estate Coach Podcast.
Chris has been in real estate for almost thirty years. His experience ranges from constructing new homes in the 1990s and owning a Realty Executives franchise to running his own investments (commercial and residential) and coaching clients throughout North America.
Presently, Chris is running his family entities with his son, Nick, son in law, Zach, and an amazing team who buy their own properties and help others around the country totaling 25-30 homes monthly at present. These are all done without banks and without signing on loans. They are changing the real estate landscape all over North America.
Chris and his family live on Aquidneck Island in Rhode Island.
NICK PREFONTAINE is part of the Smart Real Estate Coach family, located in Newport, Rhode Island. He recently co-authored the best-selling book, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing
ZACHARY BEACH is part of the Smart Real Estate Coach family, located in Newport, Rhode Island. He co-authored their most recent best-selling book, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing, working alongside his brother-in-law Nick, father-in-law Chris, and a great support team. He is a successful real estate investor, completing over 100 deals in under 3 years, and he continues to buy & sell property without using his own cash, credit, or investors’ money.
Zach grew up in central Massachusetts, but relocated to Newport when he graduated from college. After graduation, Zach had no idea what he wanted to do, deciding to bartend and be a personal trainer until he had a solid plan. He soon realized that he was burning the candle at both ends, working late nights and early mornings. He knew there was a better way.
At age 25, Zach decided to jump into the family real estate business. It was one of the first big risks he took in his life, as nothing was guaranteed. Plus, he knew absolutely nothing about real estate. Through hard work, in-house training, and implementation, Zach has now completed over 100 deals and growing. On top of that, he coaches students around the country on how to buy and sell property just like his family still does. Now, as a group, they buy and sell 5-10 properties a month with a predictable and scalable system, controlling between $20-$25 million of real estate at any one time with little to no money in the deal and no banks involved.
