- Book 1 of 1: The Real Estate Private Equity Blueprint
Are you ready to stop simply buying properties and start building a financial institution?
For ambitious investors, the transition from funding individual deals to scaling a true real estate private equity firm is the ultimate path to generational wealth. However, the world of real estate capital raising is fraught with regulatory landmines. One structural misstep or SEC violation can jeopardize your business, your reputation, and your investors' capital.
The Real Estate Private Equity Blueprint is a three-volume system. Volume 1, The Architecture, builds the strategic, legal, and compliance foundation. Volume 2, The Assets, covers deal sourcing, market analysis, and underwriting. Volume 3, The Capital, covers investor psychology, the investor narrative, and the systems required to scale from one deal to an enduring real estate private equity firm.
In Volume 1, active investor and premier real estate syndication attorney Tilden Moschetti, Esq., CCIM, founder of Moschetti Syndication Law PLLC, provides the definitive masterclass on legally structuring your capital raises. This is not a theoretical textbook; it is a practical, tactical playbook designed for sponsors who want to syndicate commercial real estate safely, profitably, and at scale. You will discover the foundational mechanics of private equity deal structures, moving step-by-step through the process of building an impenetrable legal architecture for your business. Moschetti demystifies complex regulatory frameworks, offering clear, actionable guidance on real estate investment fund setup and the critical differences in Reg D 506b and 506c compliance.
Readers will learn how to align legal entities and LLC structures for maximum asset protection and tax efficiency. The book details how to navigate SEC exemptions and understand the exact rules of engagement to stay off the regulatory radar while aggressively scaling a portfolio. You will also learn how to master the fiduciary standard to protect your investors and yourself through rock-solid Operating Agreements and Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), as well as how to unlock global capital by utilizing the structural secrets necessary to legally accept cross-border and international funds.
Whether you are preparing to launch your first $1 million syndication or you are an experienced operator scaling a $100 million real estate investment fund, this book provides the exact frameworks used by top-tier institutions. The Architecture equips you with the knowledge to mitigate risk, attract high-net-worth investors, and master the business of syndication with absolute confidence.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
