Original 1889 leatherbound copy of, "Re-Dedication of the Old State House, Boston, July 17, 1882." The book is overall in good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. The leather covers have some mild wear. The binding is good and sound. About half an inch or so of the front fep is adhered along the length of the gutter half title's gutter side margin. The interior is lightly toned from age but is mostly nice and clean with just the occasional light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a creased page corner, tiny chip or tear, minor stain or marking, etc. Generally though, it's a good copy. The book measures approximately 10 3/4 inches by 7 inches and is 236 pages long with several black and white illustrations.
