Staying with the U.K. travel books, here's another: "Rambles in Old London" by George Byron Gordon. Published by Macrae Smith of Phildelphia, dated 1924, 15 chapters and about 40 illustrations, mostly b&w photos but with a color frontispiece. Although dated, there is no real indication of which edition. Condition: This book is in very good condition. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The hard covers are a bit dust-dulled and lightly worn. There has been some bumping to the corners and spine tips but nothing extreme. Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages and plates are clean and bright throughout, without toning or foxing. The interior pages are clean and bright. Both hinges are cracked but just barely and as a consequence, the binding still feels tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
