Rainforest Rascals: The Coatis’ Adventure
Welcome to the heart of a vibrant rainforest resort, where the sun glitters on the pool, the air smells like fresh fruit, and holidaymakers dream of peaceful relaxation… until three cheeky coatis arrive to shake things up! Meet Joey, the bold explorer with endless curiosity; Ella, the clever sister who always has a plan; and Carlos, the lovable goofball who can turn any moment into chaos. Together, they transform the resort into a whirlwind of laughter, surprises, and unforgettable mischief.
From the moment the trio scampers onto the scene, the fun begins. Flip flops mysteriously vanish. Strawberry daiquiris disappear from sunbeds. Guests look up to find coatis performing rooftop acrobatics like furry circus stars. And when a simple snack raid turns into a whole-blown food fight, the entire resort becomes a stage for the wildest tropical showdown ever imagined.
Every chapter bursts with colour, humour, and the kind of joyful mayhem that keeps young readers giggling and flipping pages. But even rascals face challenges. When a troop of monkeys swings into the resort and starts causing trouble of their own, Joey, Ella, and Carlos suddenly find themselves out-pranked and outmanoeuvred. Rivalries spark, feelings get bruised, and the siblings must figure out what truly matters: sticking together, trusting each other, and remembering that even the craziest adventures are better when shared. Through laughter, teamwork, and a few heartfelt lessons, the coatis discover what it really means to be a family.
But the rainforest is full of wonders they never expected. Hidden waterfalls, glowing fireflies, and mysterious rustlings in the treetops spark new adventures that push the trio to grow braver and kinder. They meet colourful birds with big personalities, wise old creatures with stories to tell, and even a few humans who learn to appreciate the rascals’ wild charm. Every encounter teaches Joey, Ella, and Carlos something new about courage, friendship, and the magic of the natural world.
Rainforest Rascals: The Coatis’ Adventure is a vibrant, feel-good story overflowing with humour, warmth, and animal charm. Perfect for bedtime reading, classroom story time, or independent young readers ready for a lively adventure, this book invites children to explore a world where nature is magical, friendships are precious, and every day brings a new surprise. With its tropical setting and lovable cast, it sparks imagination, encourages curiosity, and celebrates the joy of being just a little bit mischievous.
Whether you’re a parent searching for a delightful read, a teacher looking for a classroom favourite, or a young adventurer eager for a new set of furry heroes, this tropical tale promises giggles, gasps, and a whole lot of heart. Dive into the rainforest, join the chaos, and fall in love with Joey, Ella, and Carlos—the rainforest’s most unforgettable rascals!

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
